Senior Manager
Pramod comes to us all the way from Katmandu, Nepal where he earned a degree in Physics from Tribhuvan University. Later he won a scholarship to Shanghai University where he studied both language and engineering for over 5 years. With his electrical engineering degree in hand, he has been working in Xiamen China and Fiji since 2001. At PassageMaker, Pramod is responsible for overseeing our local project managers relating to vendor coordination and other assembly / inspection services. Pramod speaks English, Chinese, Hindi, and Nepali. Based in Shenzhen.
David Learn
Director, New Project Development
Originally from Pennsylvania in the USA, Dave has been living in China full time since 2002. Educated at Penn State and Rensselear Polytechnic Institute for graduate level work, he holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and International Management. Dave also attended Aachen University in Germany. Previous work experience revolved around jet engine cost engineering and project management for Pratt & Whitney. At PassageMaker he is tasked with overseeing our local sourcing engineers work relating to sourcing feasibility studies, RFQ support, and new project development. This includes process engineering for new assembly, inspection and manufacturing lines. Dave speaks English, Chinese and German. Based in Shenzhen.
Teresa Chen
Senior Manager
A seasoned manager with a well developed sense of team leadership, administrative systems and quality control tools, Teresa comes to us from Foxconn (one of the largest electronics manufactures in the world) where she rose to section leader. She was also tasked with setting up a Foxconn’s operation in the USA and spent a year in Indianapolis. At PassageMaker she focuses on project coordination and administrative systems to ensure quality product leaves china on time at the agreed pricing points. Originally from Fujian, Teresa has a degree in Business Administration from Xiamen JiMei University. Based in Shenzhen, fluent in English and Chinese.
Josephine Ji
Factory Manager (Buji General Assembly & Inspection Center）
Originally from Hebei, Josephine has been involved in international trade and factory management since 1994. She ran a pipe fitting factory before joining PassageMaker in 2003 as a Sr. Project Manager. Later she became the Factory Manager of our Medical Grade Assembly/Inspection center before taking her current position as Factory Manager of our General Assembly/Inspection center. Based in Shenzhen, fluent in English and Chinese.
Dylan Jiang
Factory Manager (Precision Assembly & Inspection Center)
Dylan is a graduate of the Northwest Institute of Light Industry in Shaanxi Province where he earned a degree Mechanical Design & Manufacturing. He began his career as a process and purchasing engineer with other US and UK owned companies in China. Rising through the ranks, he eventually became the GM of a Western-owned factory in Shenzhen responsible for key functional areas of the business such as purchasing, quality control, and production. Today, he lends his professional experience to our precision assembly operations. Based in Shenzhen, Dylan is fluent in English and Chinese. He has also completed course work at the prestigious Peking University and trained as an ISO 9000/14000 Internal Auditor.
Anita Tang-Bellamy
Office Administration
Anita has owned and operated a number of businesses since graduating from NanHua Ligong University in Hunan with a degree in management. She was involved in TV and Movie Production/Distribution before creating a brand of clothing which was distributed across South China. At PassageMaker she leads the administration team. Based in Shenzhen. Speaker if Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
Jonson Mo
Logistics Manager / In-House Licensed Customs Broker
Jonson works with our customers, shipping partners and customs officials to ensure products flow in and out of China in the most efficient manner possible. Previously based at the port of Yantian in Shenzhen, Jonson is familiar with the latest import/export documentation and procedures. Before joining the PassageMaker team, Jonson handled customs declarations and import-export logistics for a number of international companies. He is a graduate of Wuhan Science and Technology University, receiving additional customs-related training and certification in 2003 and 2004. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. Based in Shenzhen.
Sara Cheng
Chief Financial Officer
Sara, PassageMaker’s CFO, is originally from Hebei province. After attending China’s top school, Tsinghua University in Beijing, she held a number of financial management positions in the public and private sector before rising to CFO at Shenzhen Paulin Optoelectronics. At PassageMaker, Sara formulates the company’s financial goals, ensures that our operations proceed on budget, and directs our professional accounting staff. Based in Shenzhen, she speaks English and Mandarin.
Shardy Zhang
Human Resources Manager
Shardy is originally from Hunan province. She graduated from Central South University with a major in Economic Law. Shardy is responsible for overseeing Human Resources at PassageMaker’s precision assembly center in Shenzhen where she is based full time. She has over 10 years of experience working in HR. Shardy can speak Mandarin and English.
Heather He
Corporate Accountant
Heather is a senior accountant at PassageMaker. Fluent in Mandarin and English, Heather is always ready to consult the books and get invoices promptly issued. Heather’s experience with trading companies from Hong Kong, joint-ventures, foreign and domestic companies makes her very knowledgeable in the process of obtaining VAT rebates for our clients. Originally from Jianxi and a graduate of Yichun University, she is based in our Shenzhen office.
Bruce Li
QA Supervisor
Bruce is originally from Jiujiang City in Jiangxi province. He received his degree in Electronic application from Guilin Electronics College and has over 8 years of QC and QA experience. At PassageMaker Bruce is in charge of overseeing all QA operations at the line level in our assembly/inspection center. Bruce speaks English and Chinese and is based in our Shenzhen factory.
Marc Yue
Production Manager
Marc is a graduate of Jiangxi’s Industrial engineering & professional technology institute. Before joining our team he was a factory manager and familiar with operations under an ISO factory system. At PassageMaker he is the right hand man of our factory manager, ensuring floor level operations are taking place in accordance to client instructions for assembly and inspection. Based at our Shenzhen Assembly/Inspection center.
Michael Wu
QA Manager
Michael comes to us from a Western company who makes Swiss Gear products. He has 22 years of working experience with manufacturers in China. Michael has substantial experience with quality inspection, quality auditing, factory sourcing, material sourcing, and cut and sew products development. A graduate of
Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT). At PassageMaker, Michael is responsible for quality auditing for vendors and products. He speaks English, Chinese, Cantonese. Based in Shenzhen.
Patrick Pan
Sourcing Team Supervisor
Patrick comes from Anhui province. A graduate of Jiangxi University of Finance & Economics, he holds degrees in Economics and Law, and is currently an MBA student at the prestigious Sun Yat-sen University. Before joining PM, Patrick worked for several large American, UK, and Singapore-owned sourcing and manufacturing companies. At PassageMaker, Patrick works to contribute to highest level of customer service through building a strong sourcing team.

Belinda Lin
Account Manager
Belinda serves as a liaison between our China side factory staff and clients overseas. She works to ensure client-approved assembly and standards are implemented in an efficient way. Belinda is a graduate of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with a degree in International Finance. She also studied abroad in Southampton, UK as an exchange student.
Adam Supernant
Account Manager
Adam comes to us from Michigan in the USA. A graduate of the University of Michigan, Adam previously worked in IT development and support for the federal government. At PassageMaker, he now works on the New Projects team and also helps maintain the company website. Speaks English and Chinese.
Lydia Hu
Administrative Assistant
Lydia is originally from Wuhu City in Anhui province. She is a graduate of Anhui Normal University. Before joining the PassageMaker team, she worked as a secretary for a supplier to Nike. At PM, Lydia is responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, and making sure our office runs smoothly. Based at our Liantang Shenzhen office and a speaker of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Tina Zhang
Project Manager (China Sourcing)
Tina has been a project manager on PassageMaker’s New Projects team since 2010. Originally from Luoyang, Henan province, she studied business at Luoyang University. Tina brings management expertise from her years of experience at an American electronics firm in China. Speaks Chinese and English.
Aaron Dong
Project Manager (China Sourcing)
Aaron is original from Hubei Province. He received a degree Mould Design & Manufacture from Nanjing Institute of Mechanical Technology. Before joining PasssageMaker Aaron worked as a Project manager at a plastic injection molding company. At PassageMaker he holds the position of sourcing engineer responsible for China Sourcing. Aaron speaks English and Chinese and is based in our Shenzhen office.
Maple Ye
Project Manager
Maple is a graduate of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies with the Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Before joining PM, she worked for a Dutch company for 2 years, responsible for sourcing and quality control. A Guangdong native, Maple speaks fluent Mandarin, Cantonese, English and basic Korean.
Nicole Wu
Project Manager
Nicole comes to PassageMaker from Hunan province, where she studied at Hunan Industrial College. Before joining the team, she worked for four years at an American-owned plastic and hardware exporter, specializing in both merchandising and shipping. Nicole now lives in Shenzhen and speaks both Chinese and English.
Figo Zhao
Operations Manager
Originally from Jiangsu province, Figo has been involved in the quality control and trading industry for more than 15 years. He comes to us from Shenzhen Pema Product Sevice Co., Ltd, a trading company, where he was QA/QC manager responsible for the inspection and testing management. He had also worked in STR Shenzhen office for ten years, (STR is a famous third party inspection/audit/testing company), there he rose to manager of Hardlines dept in 2006. At CQF, he focuses on the quality system maintenance, inspection/audit/testing arrangement, recruitment and training of employees, and administration of operation team. Based in Shenzhen, fluent in English, Chinese and Cantonese.
Qiming Tang
Vice Production Supervisor
With 15 years of production management experience, Qiming joined PassageMaker in 2007. Originally from Changde, Hunan province, Qiming lends his vast experience to our company, making sure assembly meets the highest standards of quality and production remains efficient. Currently based in Shenzhen, at our Buji Assembly Facility.
Harold Roman
Production Engineer
Mechanical engineer and production expert Harold brings 12 years of production experience to the PassageMaker team. Originally from the Philippines, Harold has lived in China since 2005. He speaks English, Tagalog and Chinese, and is currently based in Buji with his wife and two sons.
Liling Wang
Office Administrator
Liling Wang, a Guangdong native, graduated from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies with a degree in international business English. She started to work with Foreign companies in Zhejiang province, mainly dealing with administration work, government relations, recruiting, and sales assistance. Liling is indeed a multitask-oriented person who manages very well under pressure. She joined our team at the beginning of our rapid growth phase and she is now responsible for inspection coordination and administration tasks. Based in Shenzhen, she is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, English and Hakka dialect and she is a great singer too!
Sandra Wei
Project Manager (China Sourcing)/Engineer/QC Inspector
Sandra is responsible for Sub-Supplier Identification & Coordination, and helping to streamline production processes. She graduated from the University of Technology and Science in Beijing, with a major in Steel and Metallurgy. She brings extensive experience in QC, product design, and project management experience to the PassageMaker team. Previously, Sandra served as an ISO QC inspector at Epson. She is fluent in Mandarin, English and speaks basic Japanese. Based in Shenzhen.
S.Q. Xiong
Production Coordinator/Inspector
Originally from Hubei, S.Q. has been dealing with production/inspection of sewn products and textiles since 1995. This experience includes serving as a workshop director and leader of various departments in QC and production. At PassageMaker he is responsible for handling textile related sourcing in Fujian province.
Jenny Li
Project Engineer/QC Inspector
Jenny is from Emeishan in Sichuan province and joined PassageMaker in August 2009. Originally a Quality Control expert for Celesta International Electronics, she brings over 7 years experience to our inspection and engineering teams. Based in Shenzhen and Dongguan.
Steven Li
QC Protocol
Originally from Hunan province, Steven has been involved in the quality control and trading industry for more than 10 years. He comes to us from Consumer Products Services Division of Bureau Veritas Shenzhen Office, a famous third party inspection/audit/testing institute, where he has worked for more than 5 years. At BV, he rose from inspector to engineer in 2008, mostly responsible for the training of QC concepts. With us, he focuses on preparing the inspection protocol and reviewing inspection reports. Based in Shenzhen, fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
Hebe Wang
Quality Control Engineer
Born in Hengyang, Hebe attended Changde Information and Engineering School in her native Hunan province. Hebe worked as a production engineer before joining our team in 2008. Today, she works at our Buji Assembly Facility in quality control and project engineering.
Candy Cheng
Purchasing Assistant
Candy comes from Fuzhou, Fujian Province. She graduated from Fujian Normal University and worked in sales before joining our team in early 2009. She assists the project managers in contacting the domestic vendors to complete the projects at PassageMaker and is now based in Shenzhen City.
Eric Zhang
Project Manager/ Engineer (China Sourcing)
Eric is originally from Jiangxi Province. He received a bachelor degree in chemical engineering from Tianjin University. Before joining PasssageMaker, Eric worked as technical engineer, procurement engineer and project manager for Foxconn, the world’s largest electronics manufacturer. Eric’s experience in both China domestic manufacturing and the service of American accounts has made him a valuable resource at PassageMaker, where he holds the position of sourcing engineer. Eric speaks English and Chinese and is based in our Shenzhen office.
James Tan
Project Manager/ Engineer (China Sourcing)
James comes from Hunan province, where he received his bachelors degree in management in 2001. He brings more than eight years sourcing experience to PassageMaker including two years of overseas work in Dubai. James worked for four years as a purchasing supervisor with UK and USA-owned factories before joining the team. Speaks fluent English and Chinese, and is based in Shenzhen.
Charlie Pan
Accountant
Charlie is one of PassageMaker’s fine accountants, joining the team in 2010. He is originally from Hubei province, and lived in Shenzhen for five years after graduating from university. Based in Shenzhen and a speaker of English and Chinese.
Jessie Chang
Accounts Receivable Manager
Jessie is our Account Manager, who assists our Logistics Manager and Corporate Accountant with their numerous day to day tasks. Born, raised, and educated in Anhui province, she is a graduate of Tongling University. Jessie ventured out to Guangdong province where she has gained experience helping her teammates manage finance and tracking systems. Based in Shenzhen.
Josen Wu
Sales & Marketing Assistant
Originally from Shanwei in Southeast Guangdong, Josen just graduated from Zhuhai City Polytechnic with a major in Business Administration. Josen previously worked as an intern with a German aero-engine maintenance company, in charge of monitoring the whole production process and suggesting personal ideas on improving efficiency. At our company he is mainly responsible for assisting the Sales Manager on developing new customers and maintaining regular customers. Based in Shenzhen, fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
Rachael Luo
Accountant
Originally from Sichuan province and educated at Chongqing Guoli University, Rachael now joins PassageMaker’s professional accounting team in Shenzhen.
Aileen Wang
Accountant
Originally from Heilongjiang province in China’s far north, Aileen, graduated from Daqing Technical School north of Harbin. She helps PassageMaker with our accounting duties, helping our clients safely navigate the labyrinth of Chinese finance and taxation law. Based in Shenzhen.
Jason Chen
Accountant
Jason has been with us since early 2007 and his responsibilities include supporting general bookkeeping, cost accounting and tax declaration. A graduate of the Hubei Finance and Economics college. Before joining our team, he was a finance supervisor for other international companies in China. Based in Shenzhen.
Penn Peng
Assistant to Logistics Manager
In the logistics department, Penn works closely with our Logistics Manager, Jonson Mo, to ensure smooth importation of raw materials and efficient exportation of finished goods. Penn and Jonson previously worked together as a team when employed at the Port of Yantian. Originally from Hunan province. Educated at Hunan Broadcasting Television University, he is now based in Shenzhen.
Angel Zeng
Logistics Assistant/Document Clerk
Originally from Hunan province and, educated at Yichun University, Angel is now based in Shenzhen. She provides support to our logistics team in their day-to-day operations.
Echo Chen
Logistics Assistant/Document Clerk
Echo joins PassageMaker from Hunan province to the north. She is a graduate of the Hunan Institute of Engineering, and provides expert assistance to our logistics branch. Based in Shenzhen.
Sandy Duan
Projects Assistant (China Sourcing)
Sandy is originally from Daye in Hubei Province. She graduated from Hubei Wenda Computer School with a degree in computer science. At PassageMaker, Sandy is responsible for supporting our China Sourcing Project Managers on various China sourcing projects, including tasks such as supplier research and contacting vendors.

Linda joined PassageMaker in March 2009 as a fresh graduate from Xi Shui Technical School. Originally from Hubei province, Linda supports our project managers by researching suppliers nationwide and building our extensive vendor database. Based in Shenzhen.

Originally from Changsha, Hunan province , Eric is a graduate of the Nanchang Institute of Technology in Jiangxi province with a degree in Business Administration and English Language. At PassageMaker he serves as an assistant to the Senior Project Managers. Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Xinhua Qin
Internal Quality Control Technician
From Changsha, Hunan province, Xinhua is one of PassageMaker’s expert technicians. Before joining the team, Xinhua spent eight years as a production supervisor for a number of Chinese suppliers. Now, he lends his expertise to our production staff, keeping quality and efficiency at consistently high levels. Based in Shenzhen, at our Buji Assembly Facility.
Honey Wu
Internal Quality Control Technician
Honey is originally from Lianyuan, Hunan province, and graduated from Changsha Southern Vocational School. Prior to joining PassagMaker, she worked as a quality control technician for a major Chinese manufacturer. Today she continues her work at our Buji Assembly Facility, where she helps inspect every product that passes through our doors.
Jianjun Zhu
Internal Quality Control Technician
Jianjun is originally from Wanan county in Jiangxi province. Joining PassageMaker in 2008, he brings quality assurance experience from two additional companies. Based at our Buji Assembly facility, Jianjun works diligently on our Quality Control team.
Sail Zou
Final Quality Control Technician
From Yiyang County in Jiangxi province, Sail acts as one of our final quality control technicians at the Buji assembly center. Educated at Shaanxi Aeronautical Vocational and Technical College, Sail worked in quality control with two different companies before joining PassageMaker in 2008.
Tank Zhang
Final Quality Control Technician
Tank comes to us from Huzhou, Jiangxi province. A graduate of the prestigious East China University of Science and Technology in Shanghai, Tank worked in warehouse logistics before joining PassageMaker as a quality control technician. Based in Buji at our Assembly and Inspection Facility.
Huaibin Wang
Warehouse Supervisor
Huaibin brings over 10 years warehouse management experience with three large companies to PassageMaker’s Buji Assembly Facility. A native of Tuocheng county, Henan province, Huaibin received his education at Tuocheng Technical School. Huaibin is responsible for making sure all shipments are received from the supplier, inspected thoroughly, and shipped out to the appropriate destination.
Ruibin Li
Warehouse Assistant
Ruibin helps keep the warehouse organized and tidy so shipments can be made on time, every time. He originally hails from Gangzhou in Jiangxi province, and previously worked with two other companies in warehouse operations. Currently based at our Buji Assembly Facility.
Molly Zeng
Accountant
Molly comes to us from tropical Sanya, Hainan province. After graduating from Hainan University, Molly worked at three major Chinese corporations before joining our accounting staff in 2008. At PassageMaker, she helps manage our books and ensure clients have the tools they need to finance a China sourcing project. Based at our Buji Assembly Facility in Shenzhen.
Dora Wang
Administrative Assistant
Dora provides administrative solutions to help keep our operations running smoothly. After joining PassageMaker in 2008, she moved from her native Handan, Hebei province to Shenzhen. Based at our Buji Assembly Facility.

Mr. Wang provides PassageMaker with computer related technical assistance to ensure that we are online and are open for communication with our clients.
Qiang Yang
Sales Assistant and Company Driver
Qiang joins PassageMaker from Daqing in northern Heilongjiang province. Qiang attended a vocational school in Daqing and worked in construction before joining the team. At PM, he works as a sales assistant and helps drive our clients and employees around town.
Mrs. Jian
Housekeeping Manager
Mrs. Jian helps keep PassageMaker’s Shenzhen office looking sharp.
Lazy
Public Relations
Lazy greets our customers and provides our staff with plenty of entertainment. Whenever the doorbell rings at PassageMaker, Lazy runs downstairs to welcome our guests. He is currently training to become a QC expert in dog food.
